Beyond Survival Mode

FLUX IOP is designed for adults who need a higher level of care than individual therapy alone but do not require inpatient hospitalization. Unlike standard programs, we specialize in treating the aftermath of interpersonal violence, sexual assault, and complex trauma.

Our curriculum combines evidence-based modalities in a safe, small-group environment to help you:

  • Process the lingering effects of trauma and PTSD
  • Regulate nervous system responses (fight, flight, freeze)
  • Rebuild identity and self-worth after victimization
  • Establish healthy boundaries in relationships

Clinical Leadership

Dr. Michelle Richardson Ridley, LMSW, PhD

FLUX is led by Dr. Ridley, a trauma specialist with over 10 years of clinical experience in domestic abuse and women's issues. She completed her doctorate at the University of Kansas in 2025 and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Dr. Ridley’s approach is deeply rooted in cultural competence and creating safe spaces for survivors to move from fragmentation to wholeness.
