A different kind of IOP
FLUX is an Intensive Outpatient Program designed for adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. Our mission is to empower clients to identify, advocate for, and meet, their personal needs through increased self-insight combined with practical skills.
We cannot make promises of a cure. We can provide opportunities for restored agency, clearer choices, and a practiced way to returning, reforging, and reflowing when life pulls you off center.

In order to attend FLUX, you must be at least 18 years old, and willing to put in the effort to learn and apply new skills.
An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured therapy program you attend several days a week for a few hours each day, then you go home. It’s more support than weekly counseling, but it doesn't offer as much support as a hospital stay. It’s for people who need focused help with things like anxiety or depression, offering a small-group setting to learn skills, practice them, and get guidance between sessions.
FLUX meets each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (3 hours). The amount of group sessions someone may attend vary from person to person. Length of attendance may change by severity of need, insurance authorization, or personal finances.
The cost for FLUX is $600.00 dollars per week ($200.00 per day) with a $200.00 application deposit. If accepted into the program, your deposit will be applied toward your balance.
At this time, we do not accept insurance. We are working with various insurance providers to accept FLUX, but several of them do not have a way to bill for IOP services. We will update this website with insurances we accept
Flux means continuous change or flow, and in metallurgy a flux is the substance used to clean and bond various metals so they can be joined. Our FLUX program uses that idea to frame growth as a flowing return to the self, a reforging under safe heat and pressure, and a reflow of choices into daily life.
FLUX not designed to treat substance use disorders (SUDs) or addiction. We are working on the accreditation necessary to provide these services.
