For those who are licensed outside of Kansas, please note the availability of CEUs will be contingent upon your specific state's requirements.
Ethics of Intern Supervision
Supervising interns, while rewarding, can be difficult, confusing, and overwhelming. How do you manage your liability, ensure you're supervising them ethically, and protect your license while giving back to the field?
This 3 hour CEU covers ethics, practical advice, and clinical approaches to supervision. With over two decades of combined experience, Michelle Worley (LCMFT) and Nathan D. Croy (LCMFT, LCAC) will walk you through the ethical and practical steps to begin working with interns while reducing risk to clients and your practice.
Resiliency Through Meaning
Originally provide as a presentation for Mental Health KC, this CEU is designed to teach people how they can begin the process of creating meaning from their trauma.
While creating meaning doesn't soften the impact of trauma, it can redeem the pain, show us how resilient we can be, and foster a greater sense of hope.
