My approach is rooted in helping individuals and couples find meaning and resilience, even in challenging times. My commitment extends to providing compassionate, accessible therapy to all, guiding them through their unique journeys toward emotional and mental well-being. Whether it's navigating personal struggles or enhancing couple connections, I am dedicated to supporting each client's path to discovering deeper meaning in their lives.
